Story and Comments.: I had seen several bucks the morning of this hunt. Around 8:30 I spotted 2 nice bucks about 100 yards away with a hot doe. Neither would respond to ratteling or a grunt. I decided to get down and try a stalk since the wind was favorable. It took 20 minutes to stalk 70 yards to where the 2 bucks were standing with the doe. I gave a load and aggressive grunt. The pictured buck turned and began walking directly at me. When he stepped behind a tree I drew and waited for him to step out. He did and a clean 30 yard shot dropped him within 60 yards. dressed out at 217 P&Y score 129.
