Story and Comments.: Sitting on a rock in a slight clearing with patches of thick stuff around me, I hear the noise. Look to my back left and there he is, 15 yards from me. Everytime he looks back, I slowly turned towards him. Hearing something in back of him, he bolts, I let 2 shots fly. Waited, and then looked around, nothing. Thought for sure I missed him. An hour later I go down the hill to visit my Dad, the deer had ran passed him, low and behold I picked up his blood trail. Followed it way down the hill and found him laying in a runoff. Both shots hit, one was the fatal lung shot.
