I'll have to look further into this one, but if godshall is behind it, then it's probably not good for sportsmen.

......at first glance it looks innocent enough. Further , inspection reveals a lot of "exceptions" , "preferences" of use that look like they benifit the bird watchers more than the bird hunters . I'm not so sure I like "exceptions" for public safety and homeland security . Guns are "Dangerous" things to be around sometimes .

It would seem to me that safety zones provide adequet "public safety under most circumstances . Are you going to harbor a terrorist in your tree stand ?
