On the second time I used it, it doubled in half where the hand rail ends, dropping the stand down about 21/2 feet(with me in it). I contacted USL outdoor products. They have currently bought out the original owners of W&S. They knew which stand I owned when I told them what happened. The design of the stand is bad, and all of them will eventually break at this location.I wanted a refund since this stand was still under warranty. They said I was out of luck, and recommended I take it somewhere and have it welded up. I am now stuck with a 200.00 piece of junk. This stand was very comfortable when set up the first time, but noisy when moving around any. It is relly nothing more than a safety hazard, and anyone that still has one should take care if using it.
